Sister Cities Dinner welcomes Estonian Artist Pusa.

Snow hampered planned activities, but finally, members of the Board hosted our Estonian Artist, Pusa, at The Irish Penny, Tuesday Evening, March 4, 2014.
We gathered at 5:30 and had a table in the back near the bar in a very close, but friendly environment.
George Whitehead presented Pusa with a certificate from the Mayor and the key to the city.
